Mountain Dream’s Unique Christmas Tree

Posted by on Dec 09 2014, in Uncategorised

christmas tree1 Mountain Dreams has possible the most unusual Christmas Tree on Tamborine Mountain. Created by the gallery’s co-owner Hillel, this tree has been born from the influrescence which drops from the Piccabean Palm Tree, also known as the Bangalow Palm which can be seen in the rainforests of Australia, particularly in Queensland. Trimmed and covered (many times!) in protective shellac, this Christmas tree aims to display the Real Spirit of the Season: a love and respect for nature and all of nature’s creations.
